My life has had a health focus since my late teens, when I embarked upon my nursing training. I still work in the nursing field but with BodyTalk I have found a therapy that adds a whole new dimension to my healthcare practice.My patients and clients alike, appreciate the simplicity, yet effectiveness of BodyTalk.

I am also a qualified aromatherapist and massage therapist and also offer these treatments to clients. These can be independent therapies or used in conjunction with a BodyTalk session. The BodyTalk version of lymphatic drainage massage can be particularly effective at addressing a variety of health issues including oedema, pain and poor immunity.

I have been practicing BodyTalk for over 5 years, am a Certified BodyTalk Instructor and BodyTalk Access Trainer.

I offer my clients care and support, medical knowledge and experience and a deep understanding of BodyTalk principles. I look forward to being of service to you.
